If an item within a gift box arrives at the destination broken, we will replace the item at no charge to the customer within 14 days. However, no refunds or replacements will be made for cookies that arrive broken.Customers have 7 days after delivery to contact us at email@example.com to report a broken item. Please provide pictures and a description of broken or damaged items.
